For obvious reasons there is no return policy on an image once it has been downloaded unless it is proven the image has not been downloaded. You will have every opportunity to exit the shopping cart before you click on the link to download the image you have chosen. In an effort for the best Quality control there is a screening for each image that checks for image clarity and file size as claimed. If for what ever reason there is ever an issue with the download process every opportunity will be given to resend the same image you have chosen to you in the best possible quality available.
